A cup of logo and web-dev update

With the recent addition of Tank Design for the logo work, Jesica Oliverio for web design, and Sweeping Design for web development everything is starting to come together and looking great. They are all an incredibly talented group of people and I highly recommend them for graphic design/web work.

So after that plug, I am hoping to machine the first brake prototype this afternoon. Pictures to follow.

Company Update

It has been very busy times down at the Brooklyn Technology Center with:
  • insurance policies
  • 3D models
  • sourcing
  • new web development team
  • graphic designers
I would like to thank everyone for all the inquiries lately, sorry that the new website isn't up yet and you can't order your own piece of Ruckus Components. Hopefully in a few weeks everything will be running more smoothly by then! Until then you can contact us at

Fender Prototype

The first fender prototype has been completed. Overall it has turned out great, very light and strong. Currently it weighs in at 90 grams, 65% of this weight is the current hardware. New mounting hardware/methods are being researched to further decrease the weight without sacrificing strength or quality. The materials and processes are almost finalized for production.
